Refund policy

At Glowara, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’ll help.


Returns (change of mind)


You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.


To request a return, email support@glowarastore.com with:

• Order number

• Item(s) you want to return

• Reason for return

• Photo(s) if the item is damaged or incorrect


If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.


Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Damaged, defective, or wrong item


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@glowarastore.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The item

• The packaging

• The shipping label


If confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (depending on availability).


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Late or missing refunds
